Join Premier Padel as Production Manager in the Broadcast Team. You will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of Premier Padel’s international broadcast operations. Working closely with production partners, promoters, broadcasters, and internal departments, the role supports the successful execution of live events and associated content delivery across the global tour.

The position involves onsite event management, broadcaster liaison, scheduling coordination, commentary and content workflows, and support across distribution and production operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining broadcast standards while helping drive efficient and innovative production workflows across the tour.

This role is suited to a proactive and highly organised individual with experience in live sports production, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Availability for out of hours work will be required during tournament weeks (Monday-Sunday). The successful candidate will be expected to travel to tournaments, on a rotation-basis with other team members, and support remotely when not travelling, as needed.

Broadcast & Production Operations 

• Plan and manage on site and/or remote Outside Broadcasts (OBs) in collaboration with production partner and local promoters
• On site production operations– over seeing scheduling, commentary coordination, rightsholders, and interviews working internally across multiple departments
• Attend approximately 9–10 international events per year
• Work closely with the wider broadcast team to ensure consistent delivery standards across events
• Attend regular planning meetings to support smooth operational and editorial integration

Broadcaster & Rights Holder Management 

• Communicate operational and editorial updates clearly to broadcasters and key stakeholders
• Distribute schedules, running orders, and editorial guidelines to rightsholders
• Facilitate onsite broadcaster requirements including commentary positions and other operational requests

Content Coordination & Commercial  

• Manage the Premier Padel archive and content platform for broadcasters and partners
• Coordinate with commercial teams to ensure all non-live programming is delivered on time and to specification
• Facilitate commercial team requests for new sponsors, branding etc

Administration & Planning 

• Support the Head of Broadcast on ad hoc projects and operational requests
• Liaise with legal teams to arrange freelance agreements for commentators, reporters, and other broadcast personnel
• Maintain accurate budget tracking and operational documentation

• Proven experience in live sports broadcast production and event operations, with a strong understanding of OB workflows, rights holder management, broadcast distribution, and live event delivery.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex productions across broadcasters, promoters, partners, and internal teams in fast-paced environments.
• Technically and operationally confident, with strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages, particularly Spanish, would be beneficial.
• Flexible and enthusiastic about frequent international travel, irregular working hours, and the demands of live event schedules.
