Join Premier Padel as a Betting Account Manager and play a key role in managing and optimizing relationships with licensed operators, ensuring compliance, protecting the Premier Padel brand and IP, and maximising the performance and long-term value of betting partnerships within a highly regulated environment. As the tour continues to scale globally, the betting vertical plays an increasingly important role in driving engagement, integrity, and commercial value.

Availability for out of hours work may be required during tournament weeks (Monday-Sunday). The successful candidate will be expected to travel to tournaments, on a rotation-basis with other team members, and support remotely when not travelling, as needed.

Commercial & Partnership Management

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for both the betting and data agency and betting integrity partners (the latter in very close collaboration with FIP, which will largely drive this partnership as the governing body of the sport), building strong relationships and ensuring the successful execution of partnership agreements.

• Support the commercial and go-to-market strategy, working closely with Premier Padel’s betting agency and other partners.

• Manage the activation and ongoing delivery of betting rights, all necessary prior approvals, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements and Premier Padel guidelines.

• Monitor product performance against commercial objectives and contractual commitments, identifying opportunities to maximize partnership value.

• Prepare regular commercial distribution reports for top management covering partnership performance, distribution details, consumption data and other key KPIs (e.g. GGR).

• Support the evaluation and approval of new partnerships by validating and preparing internal commercial assessments and recommendations for deal memos and sublicense opportunities.

• Manage commercial administration, including contract tracking, financial statements (including cashflow), royalty reporting, invoicing and other partnership documentation.

• Identify and escalate commercial, contractual or legal risks, ensuring timely resolution with the relevant internal teams. 
   
   

Product, Technology & Service Delivery

• Oversee the development, the implementation and ongoing operations in relation to the Premier Padel betting product(s) and service(s), ensuring delivery is done in accordance with contractual and technical requirements.

• Monitor and report against the performance of Premier Padel’s betting product (data and/or video).

• Track and support product and technology development roadmaps, identifying enhancement opportunities and recommending new features or functionality to improve the betting offering.

• Coordinate technical implementations and operational setups with betting operators and official event live data provider (currently Crionet), working closely with the Broadcast and Technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and partner experience.

Integrity, Governance & Compliance

• Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams at Premier Padel and FIP to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations and integrity standards.

• Coordinate with integrity service partner, FIP and other relevant stakeholders on integrity monitoring and governance matters (including sanctions).

• Monitor integrity-related developments and provide regular reporting on key activities, risks and ongoing investigations.

• Escalate significant integrity concerns, including suspicious betting activity or potential match-fixing, coordinating appropriate actions with integrity services partner, FIP and internal stakeholders.

• Support the continuous development of governance processes and best practices to safeguard the integrity of Premier Padel competitions and betting operations.

• Fluent in English (C1 level or above); Spanish is highly desirable.

• Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret commercial and operational data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to produce high-quality executive presentations and reports.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with external partners and senior internal stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and risk assessment capabilities, with the ability to identify, escalate and resolve issues proactively.

• High level of accountability, attention to detail and ownership, with a proactive approach to account management and service delivery.
