Partnership Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for a Partnership Executive to join our Commercial Team in London. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in sponsorship, sports marketing, events, & ticketing management who is eager to develop their career in the sports industry.


Reporting to the Senior Partnership Manager, the Partnership Executive will play a key role in coordinating hospitality & ticketing requirements across the wider business, helping to deliver a clear and structured process for tournament allocations and distribution. Alongside this, the role will support the day-to-day servicing and delivery of partnerships across Premier Padel’s global sponsorship portfolio, with opportunities to take ownership of selected projects and partner workstreams. You will gain hands-on exposure to ticketing operations, partnership management, and sports sponsorship, working closely with international brands and contributing to the success of tournaments worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal point of contact for ticketing requests from across the wider business.
  • Manage ticketing inventory across tournaments, tracking utilisation and ticket usage to support wider business goals.
  • Coordinate with tournament promoters to ensure hospitality offering meets commercial requirements. 
  • Help develop and manage a clear, structured ticketing process to identify efficiencies.
  • Liaise with tournament promoters and relevant internal stakeholders to receive and distribute ticket allocations effectively.
  • Respond to ticketing enquiries and support the resolution of any changes or issues.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations and updates for promoters, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Senior Partnerships Manager and the wider Partnerships team across a variety of partnerships within Premier Padel’s growing portfolio.
  • Assist with the delivery of partnership rights and activations across selected sponsor accounts.
  • Provide on-site support at selected tournaments to ensure sponsors receive a high standard of servicing.
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the Commercial team.

Requirements

Essential

  • 2+years’ experience in sponsorship, sports marketing, events and/or ticketing management, gained at an agency, brand, rights holder or event organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working across different teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, can-do approach.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and ability to travel internationally for tournaments.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.


Desirable

  • Previous experience working within a sports or entertainment organisation or commercial/marketing agency.
  • Basic understanding of sponsorship, account management and marketing principles.
  • Experience assisting with event delivery, hospitality or brand activation.
  • Familiarity with ticketing, guest-management or accreditation systems.
  • Additional languages, particularly Spanish, Italian or French.
