The Qatar Airways Premier Padel Finals – held in Barcelona from 19 to 22 December 2024 – will provide padel fans with the opportunity to witness the culmination of an exhilarating 2024 season. The top 16 players across the men’s and women’s competitions will battle it out to be crowned champions and the International Padel Federation (FIP) and Premier Padel today provide further details of the qualification process.
FIP Race Ranking
The top 16 players will be decided by the “FIP Race Ranking” – a points-based ranking system – which considers an individual player’s FIP ranking points and performances during the 2024 season across both Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour and Cupra FIP Tour tournaments.
This ranking is determined by each individual player's best 22 results by FIP ranking points – from across all 23 Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour tournaments and over 150 Cupra FIP Tour tournaments during the 2024 season.
The final 16 players eligible to participate in the Qatar Airways Premier Padel Finals will be the first 16 players classified in the FIP Race Ranking following the conclusion of the Milano Premier Padel P1 on 8 December 2024.
